What we collect
- Waitlist & API signup: your email address and stated interest.
- API usage: per-key request counts (for rate limiting and billing) and standard server logs including IP addresses.
- No portfolio data: we do not receive or store your holdings, brokerage credentials, or personal financial information. Screening queries are ticker symbols only.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 on the
website to count page views and a small set of product events — a ticker
screened in the demo, a waitlist signup, an API key minted, a watchlist
add, a portal sign-in. Google sets cookies to do this and receives your IP
address. We never send Google your email address, your API key, or your
watchlist contents. The API itself (
/v1/*) and the MCP endpoint carry no analytics at all.
Opting out of analytics
Any tracker blocker, or Chrome's Google Analytics opt-out add-on, stops the analytics collection described above. Nothing on this site breaks when it is blocked, and the API has never needed a browser.
What we do with it
Operate the service, enforce tier limits, bill subscriptions, and send service announcements. We do not sell personal data. Screening queries are cached anonymously to improve latency.
Where it lives
Google Cloud (us-central1): Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Logging. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.
